Educational vision

In our Little Chairs environment, each child is welcomed with kindness and encouraged to develop at their own pace. The primary goal is for them to feel safe, confident, and free to explore.

From the very beginning, children learn to navigate their environment and find their place in it. They are naturally driven to do things on their own, to experiment, to make mistakes, and to start again. This is why we begin with practical life activities, which allow them to take care of themselves and their space, and to develop habits of order, concentration, and autonomy.

The child is then invited to refine their five senses through specific sensory material. This develops their perception of the world, their fine and gross motor skills, and their ability to concentrate.

Movement, essential in our approach, is integrated into all activities: the child moves freely, chooses their work, and learns to channel their impulses while respecting the rhythm of the group.

Language is present throughout the day, in an immersion environment in French, German, or English. We sing, read stories, and play with sounds and words. Children naturally expand their vocabulary and develop linguistic awareness in a lively and joyful setting. When they are ready, we support them in discovering writing and reading.

When the child becomes ready to connect with others, we offer group activities and cooperative games that promote listening, respect, and the building of social bonds.

Finally, when the child has acquired a certain inner stability and the ability to concentrate, he is ready to explore the foundations of mathematics. Thanks to concrete and progressive material, he discovers with pleasure the notions of quantity, logic and reasoning.
