🌱 My journey

 

My name is Helvetia, and my first job is being a mother of two little girls, aged 7 and 3. It was through becoming a mother that I discovered the Montessori method, which deeply inspired me.

 

After working in antique carpentry, I decided to change careers and become a crafts teacher. Wishing to combine my work, family life, and passion for education, I completed a Montessori orientation training course for children aged 6 to 12. This experience convinced me to continue my studies with the AMI Montessori teacher diploma for children aged 2.5 to 6+.

 

Since 2020, I have been teaching manual arts to students in grades 3 to 6 (teaching in German), and since 2023, I have also been working two mornings a week in a kindergarten (teaching in German).

 

With great motivation and passion, I now wish to offer this educational approach in La Neuveville, incorporating language immersion in German and English. My goal is to guide children in discovering their self-confidence, their independence, and their place in the world.
